Willoughby Farms was built by Continental Homes from 2000 to 2002.  This community has both Townhomes and Single Family Homes.  There are 120 spacious townhomes in the front section of Willoughby Farms with living square footage ranging from 1,329 to 1,688.  There were a total of four different townhome floorplans built and each one has a one car garage, plus additional driveway parking.  The Single Family homes are located in the back section of Willoughby Farms and have a total of 156 homes.  A total of nine single family home floorplans were built with a living square footage ranging from 1,227 to 2,604.  Most of these home sites are very private and some are situated around the beautiful lake.
