Villa Lago is currently being built by Compson.  Upon completion there will be a total of 328 luxury condos.  There will be two buildings that consist of 6 stories and have elevators and a breezeway for easy access to each unit.  On the east side of the Villa Lago sits a gorgeous four acre lake called Lake Vista .  Four different floorplans were offered with living square footage ranging from 817-1,460.  Villa Lago will have at least one covered parking space per resident.
