Welcome to my Terracina West Palm Beach FL Real Estate Community page!  This is a beautiful gated community located in West Palm Beach Florida.   Shopping, dining and entertainment is minutes away.  The Palm Beach International Airport and Florida Turnpike is also close by Terracina.

Terracina is a community that was built by D.R. Horton from 2004 to 2007 and has 460 single family homes.  There were three different home series built; Bergamo Series, Palermo Series and Sorrento Series.  

These three series combined have a total of 15 floorplans with living square footage ranging from 1,920 to 4,340.  All homes in the Sorrento Series have a three car garage, plus a larger home site.  Magnificent lakes are throughout the community which make home sites extremely private.  For easy access into Terracina there are two gated entries; one on Jog and one on Cleary Road .
