Sheffield Woods was built from 1981 to 1985 and has a total of 192 condos.  There were two different floorplans built; a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with living square footage of 1180 and a 3 bedroom 2 bath with living square footage of 1300.  Ground floor condos have a front open patio and a back covered patio.  The second floor condos have a back covered patio.  All units also have additional outside storage.  Sheffield Woods features a community pool which is included in the monthly HOA fee along with building insurance and cable.
