Olympia is a brand new community of Single Family Homes and Historical Estate Homes that are currently being built, but started delivering homes in 2002.  The main entrance into Olympia is breathtaking with a multi-towered gate house, but for easy access into Olympia there are three other gated entrances.  Olympia has over 240 acres of lakes and wetland preserves including a 100 acre Lake Olympia .  Almost every home site is situated on a lake or a preserve.  In all there are four home collections (Magnifico, Splendido, Palazzo & Grandezza) and there are well over 30 floorplans.  The under air square footage ranges from 1,912 to 5,697.  Upon completion of Olympia there will be almost 1800 homes.
