Monteverde was built in 2007 by K/Hovnanian Homes and consist of two six story condo buildings.  One building includes the Recreational center and has 219 condos and the other building has 228 condos.  Between both buildings a total of 447 condos were built in Monteverde.  Five different floorplans were offered with living square footage ranging from 811-1,485.  Each unit has a great patio/balcony along with a storage unit in the building.  Monteverde has elevators within each buidling, has a gated garage and each resident has a personal parking space.
