The Isles at Wellington was built by Kenco Communities, Lennar Homes and Rutenberg Homes.  Lennar Homes started construction in 1999 and Kenco Communities finished out The Isles in 2003.  There are a total of nine sub-developments within this guard gated community all with beautiful home sites. 

Kenco Communities, the Premier builder of luxury homes, only built a total of 78 Estate homes in Grande Bay Estates.  All of the home sites are oversized and most have a magnificent water view.  These luxury homes have between 3,945-5,000 square feet of living.

Lennar Homes built a majority of the homes in The Isles with living square footage ranging from 1,350 -4,200. 

Rutenberg Homes offered custom homes with living square footage ranging from 2,788-4,505.
