Grand Isles was built from 1997 to 2000 by Lennar Homes and Centex Homes.  Within the gates are five sub-developments which total 611 Single Family Homes.  Almost all of the homes in Grand Isles are situated on a beautiful lake lot or back to a preserve.  You will not find homes back to back in this neighborhood!  Between both builders there were many different floorplans built with living square footage ranging from 1,300 up to 3,688.  Grand Isles is a great gated community with the perfect Wellington location.
