Emerald Lake was built by GrayHawk Development from 2006 to 2007.  Within the gates of Emerald Lake sits a natural 15 acre lake.  Every single townhome has a great view, most are of the lake.  Emerald Lake has a total of 135 townhomes with living square footage ranging from 1,521-1,684.  A total of four different floorplans were built and all feature a one car garage.  Emerald Lake also has a community pool, which is included in the low monthly HOA fee.
