Wellington FL Real Estate July 2010 Home Sales Market Report

Home Sales in Wellington Florida have decreased by 9% since June 2010. However homes for sale in Wellington FL are continuing to go under contract.

Cash sales are still dominating the Wellington FL real estate market. 45% of Wellington FL home buyer's paid cash for their home in July 2010. While conventional and FHA loans were almost tied for second; 26% were conventional while 24% were FHA.
