Home Sales in Wellington Florida have increased by 15% since July 2010 and homes for sale in Wellington FL are continuing to go under contract.

Cash sales are still king in the Wellington FL real estate market, but Conventional Loans are catching up. 43% of Wellington FL home buyer's paid cash for their home in August 2010 and hot on their heels were conventional buyer's at 37%. While FHA buyer's still remain one of the least common types of financing at 18%.
