Scott's Place has been a time long dream of Del and Barbara Williamson in honor of their son Scott, who they lost to cerebral palsy.
Without the Williamson's generous donation of $250,000 Scott's Place would not have been possible and after two years in the making they saw their dream come true today.
Guests and speakers included the Williamson Family, Wellington Council and several of the volunteers who donated their time to building Scott's Place back in January, which my family and I were proud to be a part of.
The children who attended Scott's Place grand opening could not wait for the ribbon cutting ceremony to begin.

The Reading Corner at Scott's Place is still under construction, but will be done soon. Tackeria donated the book box while Palm Beach County Library donated all the books inside.
