The Equestrian Club was built by Centerline Homes from 2003 to 2005. There are a total of 118 Estate Homes in this small, yet very large community. Each home site has at least 1/3 of an acre and has plenty of room in the front, back and side yard. There were a total of seven floorplans built with a living square footage ranging from 3,112 to 4,909. Also within the gates of The Equestrian Club is Grand Prix Farms, which are also custom Estate Homes that have private stables. This unique section only has 10 spacious home sites ranging from 2.5-5.4 acres. Each Estate home varies in size, the under air square footage starts at 3,100. Horses are not a requirement to be a part of this Equestrian Community!
