    • For the past few years property value has been dropping throughout Palm Beach County, some areas faster then others.  Within the past two years "short sales" have taken over the market putting the banks in control.  How long with this downward spiral last.  Is there any hope with the new "hope for homeowners" program.  The program was rolled out October 1st, 2008, but so far a lot of banks haven't been lined up to participate.
